Our Brett Saison is brewed with premium Pilsner malt and white wheat. Aged hops contribute to bitterness only. A free-rise fermentation helps to develop the rugged mineral and spice flavors. Body is light, dry and crisp. An earthy tartness is apparent from the addition of Brettanomyces bruxellenis. Look for notes of clove, ginger, bitters, cedar and lemon.
