Rad berry Sour begins as a kettle sour and is fermented with 100% Brettanomyces Bruxellensis. After primary fermentation, we add red raspberries and ferment the sugars from the berries. A final addition of berries is added just prior to filtration to sweeten the beer back slightly and enhance the raspberry flavor. The result is a super tart, earthy and funky raspberry ale. Body is light and the finish is dry, crisp and fruity.
