Bon Ton Brown
Bon Ton Brown Ale, is an assertively hopped, robust Brown Ale. Flavors of caramel, chocolate and chicory, are accented by floral and citrus hop flavors. Body is medium.
Sol Power Sour
Sol Power is a harvest season sour, made with a Brett Saison yeast blend, and lactobacillus, to impart a very nice level of tartness. The Peach and Passionfruit are fermented out, leaving a very dry, fruity finish. Brettanomyces bruxellenis was allowed to develop, adding an earthy element to an already complex Ale.
Our Saison is brewed with premium Pilsner malt and white wheat. Aged hops contribute to bitterness only. A free-rise fermentation helps to develop the rugged mineral and spice flavors. Body is light, dry and crisp. An earthy tartness is apparent from the addition of Brettanomyces bruxellenis.
Work Release Pale Bock
Brewed with Pilsner malt, American 2row barley and flaked barley. We achieved a very rich malt character with a beautiful golden color. This style is hard to nail, because of the tendency to be toward a sweeter finish. We fermented ours more completely, and it keeps it balanced.
